Our professional coaches customize their training schedules to the team needs. Not every coach uses the same training schedule. There are coach-led workouts dedicated to; Swim, Bike and Run along with Brick workouts.  Take a look at a "mini" sample of a 4 week training schedule to get an idea of what you will get when you sign up.
